Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Domestic Shipping (Ireland) We ship to all addresses within Ireland. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.

For Ireland, A4 and A5 shipping options are free on qualifying orders of €65 or more. Shipping options for Originals are free on qualifying orders of €250 or more. The applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout.

European Union Shipping

Estimated delivery to EU destinations outside Ireland is 3–5 business days from dispatch, in addition to the processing time above. A5 shipping costs €3.50 and A4 shipping costs €5, with free shipping on qualifying orders of €80 or more. Standard shipping for Originals costs €10, and registered/insured shipping costs €16, with free shipping on qualifying orders of €275 or more. International Shipping We dispatch from Ireland. Delivery is available only to destinations offered at checkout. Available shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
